Digital Marketing Associate is an entry-level position that’s responsible for ensuring that marketing programs are managed properly and meet or exceed all client goals. A successful associate will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients.
Requirements
College degree in marketing, business or equivalent
Previous marketing experience (can be in the form of a paid or unpaid internship)
Comfortable using Microsoft products
Skills & Experience
Is a creative thinker with an analytical mind
Has the ability to work on multiple projects and clients
Is able to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated
Has great attention to detail and organization skills
Is an initiative taker who can set goals and accomplish them
Has previous experience interacting with clients or customers
Bonus Qualifications
Google Ads, Google Analytics or Bing Ads experience or certification
Familiarity with social media platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Responsibilities
Become familiar with the daily usage of the following digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Google Display Network, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Assist Marketing Managers campaign builds, implementation, analyzing data and providing insightful and actionable optimization strategies.
- Maintain daily, monthly and yearly client budgets.
- Provide high quality deliverables to clients within specific deadlines.
- Meet and exceed client goals and expectations.
- Identify new marketing opportunities for current clients.
- Stay on top of industry news and trends.
- Eventual certification on all relevant digital platforms.
